We leased the building next door to World Gym Australind and fitted it out for one thing: functional training and HYROX. Proper run-and-work-station layout, room for a full class to move at once, and the kit you'd otherwise have to drive to Perth for.
It sits alongside the existing ONES classes, so you're not choosing between a gym and a training facility. You get both, on one membership.
Stage 1 is the pre-opening rate — it exists to reward the people who commit before the doors open. Once we open on 21 September it goes up, and the Stage 1 price is gone for good.

Yes. Sessions are coached and every station scales — lighter sleds, shorter runs, fewer reps. Most people who train here have never entered a HYROX event and don't plan to. It's a training style, not a competition requirement.
It's a separate 450m² building next door, but it's part of World Gym Australind. Your membership covers the HYROX Zone, the ONES classes and the 24/7 gym floor.
